1. Service Description
wevācc is a legal consultation platform connecting users with verified legal professionals:
- India: Licensed Advocates (Bar Council registered)
- United Kingdom: Qualified Solicitors (SRA registered)
Services offered include:
- Pay-per-minute legal consultations
- Voice/video calls with legal professionals
- Legal advice across various practice areas
2. User Obligations
- Users must provide accurate personal information during registration
- Users must be 18 years or older to use the service
- Users agree not to misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activities
- Users understand that consultations do not constitute a formal attorney-client relationship
3. Payment Terms
Pricing:
- India: ₹10 - ₹50 per minute (INR)
- UK: £5 - £25 per minute (GBP)
Wallet System:
- Users must pre-load wallet credits before initiating consultations
- Minimum recharge: ₹100 (India) / £50 (UK)
- Credits are deducted based on actual consultation duration
4. Limitation of Liability
wevācc acts solely as a platform connecting users with legal professionals. We do not:
- Guarantee specific legal outcomes
- Provide legal advice directly
- Take responsibility for advice given by legal professionals on the platform
